Plan A - $30 / $50 / $ 75 depending on the length and severity of lice.

1. $30 per person head check and screen everyone exposed to lice.

2. For parents who have treated their family, but are uncertain and wants a professional head check to make sure lice is gone.

3. Re-check in 5 to 7 days follow-up for the members of the family and treat for lice.

Plan B - $75 / $100 depending on length and severity of lice

Plan A - $30 / $50 / $ 75 depending on the length and severity of lice.

1. If Nits are still present after some type of lice treatment was used and still need a professional nit pick.

2. Nit removal takes 30 minutes to 1 hour. If any Nit Removal (because of the amount of Nits) takes longer than 1 hour, the fee will be charged as Plan C lice treatment.

Plan C - $130 / $150 depending on length and severity of lice

Plan A - $30 / $50 / $ 75 depending on the length and severity of lice.

1. Individuals screened and treated for lice and nits.

2. Individuals treated with some other lice treatment that was ineffective and requires removal of live lice eggs and nits.
